How do I merge a PDF?

Open Folio, choose the Organize desk, add the PDFs you want to combine, arrange them in the order you want, and tap Merge. The combined file is created on your device.

How do I convert a PDF?

Open the Convert desk, select your file, and pick the format you want (for example PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or image, and back again). Conversion runs entirely on your device.

How do I OCR a scanned PDF?

Open the OCR desk and select a scanned PDF or image. Folio recognises the text on-device and produces a searchable document. No part of your file is sent anywhere.

Where do my files go?

Nowhere. Your files stay on your device. Folio makes no network connections, has no servers, and never uploads, copies, or shares your documents. Everything happens locally.

Do I need an account?

No. Folio has no accounts and no sign-up. Just open the app and start working.
